Strategies To Break Your Karmic Cycle for A Peaceful Living

Has it ever happened to you that no matter how badly you are trying to get a certain thing it never gets accomplished? For example, finding a stable job or a relationship. Let's face it, not everyone gets what they want or work for, and it was largely because of this condition that we coined the saying "life is unfair."  Hence, it’s quite vital to understand life beyond the concepts of hard work and tactfulness, as sometimes it may be your karmic cycle.

What is Karma?

We frequently become fixated on reducing karma to an event-based theory—doing nice deeds and thinking kind thoughts—instead of realising the bigger, philosophical underpinnings upon which it was constructed.

Work alone is your privilege, never the results thereof, as Lord Krishna states in the Bhagavad Gita. Karma yoga is Yoga by Action. Never allow the rewards of your labour to be your motivation, and never give up working. Don't let success or failure affect you. Yoga is the name for this balance. (The Bhagavad Gita).

What is Karmic Cycle?

A karmic cycle is a sequence designed to teach you a lesson in life. Our souls accumulate karmic debts as they pass through each of their lives, which must be repaid in the next existence. Observing the repeating patterns in your life can help you figure out which debts you need to repay.

Steps of coming out of your karmic cycle

      Identify your karma.

We are all bound by our own karma, which keeps us in unfavourable situations. Finding the areas of your life that feel stagnant is the first step in reversing your karma. Is there something you can't seem to break through in your work or a love relationship that won't move forward? Have you been having the same problems with certain family members for an extended period of time?

      Cut ties to toxic people.

Life is already complicated enough; don't add to it by allowing the wrong people to add to it! If another person's energy doesn't feel "right" to you and they continually put you under stress, you owe it to yourself and your karma to let them go.

Take accountability and discover your blunders.

On the other hand, when you recognise your own wrongdoings, you will notice a shift in your energy. It may be tough to accept responsibility since your ego dislikes being blamed, but it will be extremely beneficial in breaking the karmic cycle.

      Nourish your spirit

Return to your inner child's comfort zone by doing activities that make you happy: eat nutritious meals, exercise regularly, get plenty of sleep, and set aside time each day to be quiet and self-reflective.

      Defeat your weaknesses

We have a natural tendency to see ourselves as weak in some areas and strong in others. Perhaps you believe you are good at pleasing others but not so good at standing up for yourself. What you don't realise is that your flaws are your hidden strengths: they characterize you almost as much as your more desirable characteristics.

      Forgive everyone.

Resentment feeds bad karma, which attracts people who offer you even more reasons to be bitter. We often wonder why we can't seem to break free from the cycle of negativity: It's our own emotions that pull us into such loops since we're trying to avoid reality. To forgive is to separate yourself from your own feelings of rage, bitterness, and resentment.

Certain laws of Karma

      The law of creation

all about creation, as you could have imagined. You have to actively get out there and make things happen; you can't just sit around and wait for nice things to suddenly materialise in your life. Oprah and Beyoncés of the world are two prominent examples Gray cites as living proof of this karmic rule. She claims that they have benefited the world by using their talents, gifts, and skills. They are always coming up with new ideas, not just for their own advantage but also for the benefit of others. Therefore, you have the ability to design the reality of your dreams.

The law of cause and effect

The most fundamental law, which is sometimes linked to the idea of karma. According to this rule, you will receive whatever energy or ideas you manifest in return, whether they are positive or bad. You must develop yourself so that you are worthy of receiving everything in life that you desire. You may sum it up by saying "You reap what you sow." For instance, liking oneself might assist you in finding love in your life.

      The law of growth

The global rule of development is about expansion, namely within ourselves, as its name implies. According to Gray, our outward world will alter and advance as a result of our interior growth, development, and evolution. This is where reading self-help and spiritual literature and engaging in personal growth may be helpful. Additionally, there is always more to learn, change, and heal as progress never stops.

      The law of responsibility

The rule of responsibility encourages us to accept responsibility for all of life's events, including the less desirable ones. According to Gray, "We are accountable for how we choose to spend our lives—not anybody else." Put this law into action by accepting responsibility for your role in every circumstance you encounter.

      The law of humility

This law of karma states that an individual should not be so arrogant as not to accept the fact that anything they are facing right now is the consequence of their own past deeds. For instance, blaming others for one’s own unsatisfactory professional performance instead of accepting that this is resultant of their own failure to carry out their duties to their full potential.

We hope by following these simple steps you can overcome your karmic cycle. By that time, keep up with the good karma and live to the fullest!
